Here’s what I’m wearing on repeat lately— my go-to spring outfit combos for 2024. Each season I tend to wear a handful of outfit combinations that are my favorite and feel the most like me. On days when I don’t know what to wear, these combos are a great framework to follow to come up with an outfit I know I’ll love wearing. This season I have five combinations to share with you!
Benefits of Seasonal Outfit Combos:
- They un-complicate getting dressed and allow you to quickly make outfits you love.
- You can easily repeat them. It won’t get boring because you can still be creative within the combination— it’s just a framework!
- They help you better identify and understand your personal style.
Tips for Identifying or Creating Outfit Combos:
- Take photos of your outfits. Snap a quick mirror selfie each day after you get dressed. You can also opt to take written notes of what you wear, but I find photo to be the most helpful.
- Review photos/notes to find repeated combinations. It’s likely that you’ll see repetition in what you wear, and if you’re repeating things that probably means you like it and it’s working for you.
- If no combinations emerge, try the process in reverse. Start with a list of combinations that you have seen and like (check out Pinterest, blogs, social media, if you need inspo), then create your outfit combos from there.

1.) Jumpsuit + Oversized Denim Jacket
LEFT: Denim Jacket (sized down one) // Jumpsuit // Bag* // Ballet Flats (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your first order)
RIGHT: Denim Jacket (sided down one) // Jumpsuit* // Bag* // Sunglasses // Sneakers (similar)
I personally love jumpsuits. This season, adding an oversized denim jacket and accessories that I love is my favorite way to style them. This combination feels modern, cool, put together, and is so comfy. I love my neutral jumpsuits but a color is fun as well.
2.) Trousers + Top Layer
LEFT: Green Jacket* // Tee // Pace Pants* (code: MICHELLET for 15% off) // Bag* // Shoes*
RIGHT: Cardigan* // Pants (sized down one) // Bag (in-store from Target) // Penny Loafers* (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your first order)
This combination is a great non-denim option. I love all kinds of pants and trousers. This season I’m mixing them with my favorite shoes, bag, and a top layer. Overall, this makes for an easy, casual chic, everyday look.
3.) Tee + Jeans
LEFT: Tee* // Bag (old from Sézane) // Jeans (sized down one) // Ballet Flats* (mine are tts and a tad big, consider sizing down 1/2 size)
RIGHT: Tee* (similar, similar) // Jeans (vintage Levi’s 505s) // Bag & Strap // Sneakers (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your first order)
My love for denim runs deep. I wear jeans on repeat and one of my long-standing outfit combos is jeans and a tee. You can’t get more classic American than that. I add variety to this combo by switching up my shoes and bag. And since I’m a denim lover, I switch up the style of jeans that I wear. This combo never gets old to me!
4.) Dress + Sneakers or Flats
LEFT: Dress* // Bag & Strap // Sneakers* (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your order)
RIGHT: Denim Jacket* // Espresso Dress* (code: MICHELLET for 15% off) // Bag* // Shoes
I really enjoy wearing midi and maxi dresses in the spring as the temps start to get warmer. They feel really comfortable and effortless. It’s easy to add or remove a layer to them if needed. Again, I switch up the look and add interest based on which shoes and bag I choose.
5.) Midi Skirt + Tee or Tank
LEFT: Tee* // Dreamy A-Line Skirt* (code: MICHELLET for 15% off) // Bag (old from Madewell) // Sneakers (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your first order)
RIGHT: Tank Top // Sweater // Bag* // Skirt* // Penny Loafers* (code: MICHELLE15 for 15% off your first order)
I kind of can’t believe a skirt landed on my go-to outfit combos list, but here we are. Skirts are something I usually only wear on occasion, but I’ve gotten a few that fit really well and feel like my style. To my own surprise, I’ve been wearing them often. I pair them with a tee or tank to keep the overall look casual, which feels true to my style.
