My all-time, favorite outfit base is a white tee and jeans. It’s the perfect blank canvas for building a casual outfit. Today I opted for light wash, baggy fit denim. I added a cropped, quilted jacket, ballet flats and a tote to complete the look. Are you team jeans and a tee?!

Spring Outfit with Texture Play✨

Contrast is one of the best ways to add interest to your outfits. It allows each piece to stand out, giving your eye something new/different to take in. For this look— I mixed smooth leather, crochet knit, and rigid denim— all textures contrasting against each other. Stylistically, the jacket is edgy, the tank is feminine, and the ripped denim is super casual. Colors— they’re all different but to keep the look cohesive, my accessories pair back to the colors of the clothing pieces. What’s your favorite way to add contrast to your outfits?
