I got my first sweater blazer last year and it quickly became a top layer staple in my wardrobe. I love it because it is so comfortable while still feeling put together. The sweater blazer that I am wearing in this post comes in a variety of colors. I love this warm tan color because it is incredibly versatile and pairs well with so many other things in my closet. The quality of this piece is amazing, and for sizing reference— I went down one size from my normal size. So with that, here are the five ways I have styled this sweater blazer for fall!
Outfit #1: Crewneck Sweater + Slim Fit Jeans + Belt + Mules
Sweater Blazer | Earrings | Sweater (old – this year’s version) | Belt (from Madewell but is sold out – similar) | Jeans | Shoes

I love the colors in this outfit combination. The bone accessories add a nice light contrast to the rich tan, green and indigo colors in this outfit. I really like that this is comfortable and easy, while looking put together.
Outfit #2: White Tee + Bone Jeans + Bone Mules
Sweater Blazer | Tee | Jeans | Bag | Shoes
This combination is a light look with the white and bone hues. The pops of tan add warmth and contrast to this otherwise monochrome outfit. This outfit feels balanced with the bag and the sweater blazer, making another comfortable yet elevated look.
Outfit #3: Hat + Dress + Loafers
Hat (old – similar same brand) | Sweater Blazer | Dress (old) | Earrings | Bag (old – similar from the same brand) | Shoes (old – similar same brand)
This sweater blazer works well with pants as you have seen, but also with dresses (and shorts too). I just can’t stress enough how versatile this piece is! It is such a great way to slightly elevate your outfits while remaining comfortable. I like it here mixed with the olive dress and black accessories. This outfit combination feels put together yet still casual enough for everyday.
Outfit #4: Graphic Tee + Skinny Jeans + Ankle Boots
Sweater Blazer | Earrings | Graphic Tee (vintage) | Jeans (old – same style in a different wash) | Boots (old from Matisse – similar)
Graphic tees are on of my favorite things to wear, and this sweater blazer works so well with them! This outfit has just enough contrast, while still feeling nice and casual— a perfect everyday outfit.
Outfit #5: Chambray Button Down Shirt + Black Skinny Jeans + Sneakers
Sweater Blazer | Shirt | Earrings | Bag (old – similar same brand) | Jeans | Sneakers
If you follow along with me you may have seen me mention previously that I like to mix things so my outfits are not too much of one style. The top of this outfit steers you towards a more tailored look, but adding the sneakers immediately makes it feel more casual and laid back. The power of shoes— just changing your shoes alone will totally change the feel of an outfit.
